Recipe for a Real Source by Josh Bond 

A pinch of awareness
a dollop of humility
three table-spoons of courage
and half a pint of perseverance
mix all four ingredients 
until readily assimilated
and heat until hot 
enough to touch briefly 
without getting burnt

the source is now ready 
— which begs the question —
what does it mean to be ready?

Some people like to buy these ingredients as a ready-mix
from one of the many supermarkets of religion
who offer instant source — just add prayer
which should always come with a warning

there is much evidence to suggest
that ready-mix sources cannot be 
cooked to higher temperatures without 
the ingredients starting to separate and curdle

that's why — if you want a real source
an honest and wholesome source
a source that lasts as long as eternity
I recommend the original approach
it may take longer with careful 
preparation of all ingredients
but the results speak for themselves
taste and flavours just don't compare
not to mention the effects on your health
as we all know 
when it comes to real good food
it's all in the source
