Where we are:
People are starting to feel it. Debt is rising and corporations are automating.
It has now become apparent that quality and healthy are simply not available for most of the population.
They can’t afford it.
The offerings are highly processed junk.
We are on the cusp of having to decide.
We’ve taken away the social net.
Housing and insurance are astronomical.
What to do?
1. Be aware: you are not included. You’re on your own. Let’s shortcut not adapting.
2. Be yourself. Adapting is not necessarily adopting. Fighting fire with fire increases the heat.
3. If you truly believe that your unique destiny in the universe has meaning, then that meaning is your uniqueness expressed. Form = function. You were created to express what?
4. When we look at the world and judge, we reveal our own issues. Try not to trade in humiliation, bullying, self-righteousness, or judgementalism. They’re a dead give away.

Youre so right RT…

#4 = Profound truth…
People readily give themselves away,
in their judgements and biases…
I try not to, in turn, judge that…
But it is difficult cuz…
Those aspects of a person are
dangerous to you…
And they will throw you under the bus
the first chance they get…
Especially if you try and help them…
I only partially feel that way…
The other part is more optimistic, perhaps…
🙂
Nice thought provoking write…

I really hear you. It does seem like 40/60 proposition, switching directions almost every day.
People are messy.
They say to hope for the best, and prepare for the worst.
I think they were just being honest about dealing with humans.
Buddhism has an interesting twist: In the infinite now, the past and future do not exist. We are interdependently in balance. When others lean over too far….or get too locked into place

People are what people are, just people nothing more.
People are what people are, what else would they be for? rt87
